		<description>I am uncertain whether I am in fact a lodger.  This part of the &#039;21 days&#039; suggests that furnishings are provided are part of a lodging arrangment.  I recently moved in with a married couple who signed tenancy on a home new to them too and took me on &#039;care of&#039;.  I signed nothing.  I have exclusive use of an unfurnished bedroom and bathroom.  They provide no services. There is no written agreement at all, and what now appears to be a very unclear verbal agreement.  Am I a lodger?</description>
